Welcome to Paradise! From the moment you walk in you see amazing ocean, golf course and volcano views. This gorgeous 3 bedroom, air-conditioned, corner unit is situated in one of the best locations within the Hali'i Kai Resort. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed with elegant tropical style furnishings, upscale appliances and several amenities allow for an unforgettable experience.
Located 18 miles north of the Kona International Airport on the sun-drenched Kohala Coast, Hali'i Kai (meaning "spreading out to the sea") was recently named the No. 1 resort on the Big Island by Expedia. One of the newest and nicest gated communities in the world-famous Waikoloa Beach Resort, Hali'i Kai boasts one of the best kept secret, the only oceanfront pool, fitness center, lounge and cafe center of any complex on the Big Island. With so many amenities at Hali'i Kai, you may never need to leave the property, which stretches from the greens of the golf course to the lava rock shoreline of the ocean. You can start your morning with an invigorating workout at the poolside Exercise Cabana, then admire the ocean view over a cup of Kona coffee at the private Ocean Club cafe. Spend the afternoon working on your serve at the tennis court, or shooting baskets. Or head over to the lush Coconut Grove for a BBQ picnic with friends or a pleasant nap in a hammock.

Inside, stretch out and relax in our professionally decorated living area with a large 66' screen LCD TV/DVD, I-pod docking station, complimentary wireless internet and long distance calling. Enjoy a quick bite on the 3 bar stools at the granite kitchen counter or at the 6pp dining table. Test your gourmet chef skills in the fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and African mahogany cabinets.
At day's end, luxuriate in the 3 spaciously designed bedrooms of this ground level corner unit property which accommodates 6 and includes a king primary suite with views of the ocean, golf course and volcano's and a en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and separate tub and shower as well as a walk-in-closet. The additional 2 bedrooms offer 1 queen bedroom and 1 king bedroom which can also be converted into 2 twin beds allowing comfort for 3 couples or a family retreat. Both bedrooms share another full bathroom with tub-shower combo. Each bedroom is also provided with 37' flat screen LCD TV's.
Before heading to the beach or the pool, wash your suits from yesterday in the separate laundry room right in the unit with a full size washer/dryer. When it's time to check out the rest of the island, walk a few steps to your private designated parking space. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler for your use.
The Ocean Club, an oceanfront clubhouse with 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, features a large black bottom lagoon-style, multi-level swimming pool with a soothing waterfall and a heated lava rock spa with a sandy bottom. There is also a poolside bar and grill, and outdoor covered lounge area along with a do-it-yourself BBQ area. And you'll almost forget you're working out while watching TV or gazing out at the azure blue sea while the waves crash on lava rock at the state-of-the-art Exercise Cabana. During the migrating humpback whale season (December-April), you will enjoy a front row seat as these magnificent mammals hug the coastline offering a perfect viewing location. With 340 sunny days a year and less than 10 inches of annual rainfall this is the place to ultimately relax. There is a $25/daily fee the resort charges for your entire groups use of the Ocean Club.
